Solutions that match the natural texture of the fishing village and resist sea air.
Küçükkuyu sits where the foot of the Kazdağı mountains reaches down to the sea, a coastal settlement that keeps its authentic fishing-village character; narrow streets, old stone and wooden houses and new summer-home complexes exist side by side. The building challenge here is twofold: on one hand the salty air off the sea wears out metal fixings and standard surfaces, on the other the buildings live with moisture all year when the cool, damp air coming down from Kazdağı meets the coastal humidity. When homes used as summer houses sit empty in spring and autumn, ventilation stops and moisture and odour concentrate. In the old stone and wooden houses of the town fabric, renewals that respect local architecture and don't disturb the original character matter; in new complexes, salt- and moisture-resistant materials and practical, low-maintenance surfaces come to the fore. That's why we treat stainless fixings, moisture-resistant panels and strong ventilation as standard from the start. With more than thirty years on site, we see every house in person and listen to how it's used. The survey is free; afterwards you receive a tailored quote with material and labour listed separately.
