Reliable solutions for village houses and detached buildings
Havran lies where the land pulls away from the bay's sea and rises toward the foothills of the Kazdağı mountains, a place where the town centre and the surrounding farming villages overlap. The building stock is varied: detached reinforced-concrete homes in the centre, and decades-old stone and adobe village houses in the countryside. In these houses among olive groves and gardens, the most common need we see is renewing aged water and electrical systems, repairing roofs that have started to leak, and clearing rising ground damp from the walls in rainy winters. Because the dry summer heat and the inland cold strain the same building, materials have to be chosen for the swing of the seasons. In village houses we preserve the original stone and timber texture and add modern insulation behind it; in central homes we focus on plumbing and wet rooms. With more than thirty years on site, we start every project with a survey. The survey is free, and afterwards you receive a tailored quote with each line item spelled out clearly.
