Villa Interior Renovation: Staircase, Bathroom, and Heat Pump Installations
In this comprehensive renovation project, a new stairwell was created between two floors and a custom-made wooden staircase system was installed. LED lighting placed along the staircase provided a modern look and safe passage. At the same time, an Arçelik brand heat pump and hot water tank were integrated into the outdoor area to increase energy efficiency. Indoors, two bathrooms and one WC were completely renovated. Natural and modern appearance was achieved with stone-textured wall coverings, green ceramic flooring, matte black fixtures, and custom-cut wooden sink countertops. Additionally, usage areas were optimized with built-in cabinet systems. Lighting, flooring, and wall designs were redesigned to integrate with the overall aesthetic understanding.
Ground Floor Renovation of a Detached House: Floor Tiling, Door Installation, and Interior Upgrades
This project involved a complete ground floor renovation of a detached house. Large-format ceramic tiles were used across indoor and outdoor spaces, aligned with precision leveling tools for clean grout lines. The outdoor terrace area followed the same pattern for visual continuity. All room doors were replaced with modern white panel models. Walls were repaired and repainted, and laminate flooring was added to the living zones to create a warm and contemporary interior.

In this apartment project undertaken for a contractor firm in Edremit, we redesigned the entire building exterior with a modern and aesthetic approach. We achieved a dynamic and warm look by combining wood-textured and natural stone-look facade claddings. While the modern glass and metal balcony railings reinforce the building's contemporary identity, the ornate and custom-designed wrought iron entrance doors offer a prestigious welcome to the residents.
