Functional and durable home solutions for the peace of rural life.
İvrindi sits inland, drawn back from the bay's coastline and away from the sea; instead of sea humidity, a continental climate prevails. Summers are dry and hot, winters markedly colder than the coastal districts, with snow in places. The buildings here are mostly settled, year-round detached homes and farming-linked village houses; this is the main residence, not a summer home. So the priority of renovation isn't show but durability, thermal insulation and function suited to everyday use. The most common need we see is facade and roof insulation against the cold winter, renewal of aged heating and water systems, and wide entrances, pantries and storage areas suited to agricultural life. Winterproofing frost-prone pipes and outdoor taps is a topic of its own. In these heavily used homes we favour durable, easy-clean and repairable materials. With more than thirty years on site, we start every project with a survey. The survey is free, and afterwards you receive a tailored quote with line items spelled out clearly.
